Shipping & returns

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS Ground.

Shipping Rates are based on current rates.

Processing time
Our goal is to get your order to you ASAP. Items usually ship in 2-6 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be provided once your product ships. 

Orders must be placed by December 15 to ensure delivery by December 25.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.

To return products, you must email our support email theaquariumstore@mbayaq.org.  

Responsibility for all shipping and handling charges on returned items will be at customer expense.

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
