All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Our goal is to get your order to you ASAP. Items usually ship in 1-4 business days.
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk we will not be accepting returns of any opened merchandise until further notice. Due to the nature of their use, face masks are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.
To return products, you must email our Returns Department at the support email found on the online store site and in your order confirmation email. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment, therefore we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with the product or as detailed in the product's description on our Site.
